Client Details
Our client is a global provider of facilities management and offer building solution services. You would be working as a health and safety manager for one of their biggest clients.
Description
- Undertake health and safety visits to allocated sites.
- Promote health and safety by implementing practical and effective methods
- Investigate accidents and record findings.
- Carry out risk assessments.
- Develop, draft and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
- Liaise with stakeholders and senior management.
- Advise on compliance issues.
- Keep up to date with current legislation.
- Regularly carry out health and safety audits and inspection across allocated sites and reporting finding and recommendations for improvement.
- Providing cost effective health and safety advice.
- Attend health and safety meeting.
- Promote positive health and safety culture.
- Carry out safety tool box talks.
Profile
The Health and safety Manager will be successful if they have the following:
- Essential- IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
- Essential - Experience working for a service provider
- Desirable - Commercial, retail or residential property experience
