This company are a small business with a large scale parent, based in Mayfair. They have a head count of 10 and are a close knit, friendly team with a very high grade investment portfolio, meaning the business would be well suited to professionals who want to work in a small team environment.
Your new role
Working as part of the property management team, this role is geared around taking full ownership of management reporting processes as well as Business Partnering with operational members. You will be the central point of contact for liaising with international business and therefore you will have a lot of responsibility in terms of delivering numbers. You will also be managing an Accounts Assistant to upskill and develop her career:
Duties
- Preparation of monthly management accounts including commentary
- Presentation of monthly numbers to HQ with variance
- Ownership of the rental income and rental invoicing
- Business partnering with operational budgets holders
- Supervision of 1 Accounts Assistant
- Reporting into the business owner
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant from either a CIMA, ACCA, CPA or ACA background. You will ideally have come from a small company background where you will be able to draw on your experiences of communicating through various reporting lines.
