A Financial Accountant is required to join a fast-growing PE backed Services company based on the Wirral. You will focus on Balance Sheet and Working Capital management.’ In brief, your role will cover the following;
To be considered, you should be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, part qualified or qualified by experience. You should be independent and a self-starter, with a keen interest in process development. Due to the nature of the role, excellent interpersonal skills are essential, therefore, the ability to develop strong relationships with non-finance colleagues and be able to communicate financial information effectively is essential. - Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Billing
- Oversee Accounts Assistant – Accounts Payable, Purchase order system, Fixed asset reconciliations
- Credit control
- Month-end journals
- Payroll review and reconciliations
- Cashflow
- VAT returns
- Audit preparation and liaison
- National Statistics preparation
- Consolidation entries for group accounts
- Assistance with budgets
