My client is seeking an interim Financial Controller until the end of March 2019. You will assume responsibility for the following;* Ownership of the company's financial accounting and reporting.
* Monthly, interim and annual reporting (Board, Audit Committee and Executive Committee) to deadlines.
* Preparation of business plans, budgets and forecasts.
* Review, design and implement finance and business procedures and controls to support the growth of the group. Ensure costs and cash are tightly controlled.
* Due diligence and budgeting for target acquisitions.
* Plan and manage the integration of acquisitions into the group.
* Functional head for IT.
