Finance Systems Accountant

This role main purpose is to support the role out of the new reporting system. Ensure data integrity is upheld and to assist in the design and testing of the new reporting requirements.

Description

• Ensure data from the revenue systems are successfully on boarded into the data warehouse and reconciled

• Identify any data integrity issues and liaise with the SQL developers to resolve

• Assist in the design and testing of new reporting requirements

• Provide BAU support for any requests or issues logged by attractions

Profile

• Advanced SQL skills essential

• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, with working knowledge of pivot tables and Power Query essential

• Comfortable working with large sets of data

• Methodical with a strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy

• A problem solver with a good analytical mind to think through problems and arrive at the most appropriate solution

• An understanding of accounting concepts, ideally with a Finance background

• Enthusiastic, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to be flexible within a fast moving environment.
