Your new role
This Role will involve over seeing the IBA function as a whole and offering support to IBA team members. You will be responsible for overseeing operations, reconciliations, cash allocations and credit control.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful Candidate will have previous experience in a senior position within an IBA department, will have previous experience of managing people and improving systems and processes. You will also have a strong understanding of the insurance market and accounting processes within this field.
