Howarth Morris are currently recruiting for an award winning, rapidly expanding £55M+ organisation based in Warrington. My successful client looking to almost double its turnover in the next year or two is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk, who is hands on and has practical experience plus someone who is interested at a later stage in developing themselves towards being a Management Accountant.
Working out of impressive new offices he right Accounts Assistant will join a small, friendly, and dynamic finance team and report directly into the Finance Director.
Responsibilities will include:-
The successful candidate must have previous Accounts and Invoicing experience and be interested in joining a friendly and sociable company who pride themselves on creating a great place to work and developing and rewarding their staff for their efforts.

- Daily management of Purchase Ledger
- Inputting invoices (600 approx a month) onto finance system
- Checking supplier statements, making payments, allocating accounts
- Completing monthly reconciliations
- Assisting with the Sub Contract Ledger
- Answering telephone queries
- Ad Hoc duties as required
