Your New Job

Working closely with the Team Manager as a dedicated mentor you will look to build long standing customer relationships whilst taking full responsibility for the administration of your own allocated customer accounts. You will calculate overdue invoices, process payments, allocate cash to the ledger and take pride in your ability to liaise with the Customer Relations and Credit Control teams to resolve customer queries quickly and efficiently.

Your Experience & Our Requirements

The enthusiasm to work in a fast paced environment and your accuracy when handling data are essential skills that will contribute to your success in this role. To be considered you will have excellent communication and relationship building skills and strong excel skills are essential including demonstrable experience of using VLOOKUP and Pivot Table functions.
