Financial Controller – ACA / CIMA / ACCA Qualified – strategic and dynamic change manager who is also hands on in their approach to Financial and Management Accounting – current business TO c £70m / Manchester City Centre / £45,000 – £60,000 plus bonus and executive benefits package

Client continues to expand and therefore evolve into separate Business Units – meaning that they have a requirement to appoint a forward thinking / strategic and dynamic Financial Controller.
With a team of 4 the FC will have overall responsibility to implement a robust Financial Reporting Strategy – ensuring a clear focus is maintained at all times.
As the FC clear and consistent delegation will be required – the empowerment of the team will be critical to the appointment of this role. As will be the ability to identify processes for improvement and change for the better – strong interpersonal and influencing skills are essential!
Finally the ability to strike the balance of leading by example to ensure that Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly Financial and Management Accounting deadlines are met and the appropriate delegation of responsibilities are essential yo this role.
