The Company

Our client is a growing, ambitious, forward thinking business specialising in investments. Following rapid growth they are recruiting an Investment Analyst to join an experienced and established team and specialise in property investments.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing existing portfolios and loan books and continue to drive growth in their assets under management. You will assist the investment managers in carrying out all aspects of property lending deals, from the initial commercial negotiations through to transaction completion and monitoring. This will involve conducting the financial and commercial due diligence on prospective transactions, appraising reports, report writing drafting terms for review and financial modelling.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will be degree educated with a desire to work towards a professional qualification ACCA, CIMA, MRICS or CFA. Ideally you will have experience in working in highly analytical roles with strong excel and modelling skills. You will be a team player who has a proactive approach, with a commercial mind set and excellent interpersonal skills. This role offers a rare opportunity to develop into an investment manager in the future.
