This is a very commercial Management Accountant role with a well known PE backed tech business with an excellent reputation in the industry. This role requires someone who can be a full on business partner across all areas of the business and show the hands on attitude required in an SME business.
As the Senior Management Accountant, you’ll be responsible for both commercial and financial deliverables
The key focuses on this role today are:
- Working with the FC to develop and maintain a robust reporting process for both internal (management reporting) and external stakeholders
- To support business leaders through the budgeting & forecasting processes in partnership with the FP&A managers
- Assist the FC with the reconciliation of the financial position.
- Work with the finance team to develop class leading automated and controlled finance processes.
- Mentor the more junior members of the finance team as they build their careers,
- Business partner with HR, I.T., Sales, Marketing and Legal
- Ad hoc project work
Candidate Requirements:
- 0-2 years PQE Industry trained ACCA/CIMA
- Must have worked in an SME/Start up business previously
