CFO

Our client a newly acquired PE-backed owner led financial services business is seeking an insightful CFO to become a key member of the executive team, whilst working alongside the CEO in making strategic decisions. The key focus of the role will be to oversee and drive a small finance team, providing a high level of commercial vision to support a swift growth period.

The role is highly commercial and the successful candidate will have a strong presence in professionalising, leading and implementing all controls, processes and procedures in order to continue to grow the business. As well, you'll provide insightful analysis (KPI's) to drive efficiency.

We are looking for qualified candidates (ACA, ACMA, ACCA), who have been an autonomous CFO or Divisional Finance Director in a bigger scale business. Hands-on experience and strong analytical and quantitative skills. Having previous experience of working in a PE backed or leveraged environment would be desirable, but not essential. Must have a background with a Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) business, preferably within the financial services sector.
