Our client is a fast growing, PE backed, Managed IT Services business who is seeking a Chief Finance Officer to join their team. With a number of ongoing projects in the pipeline and genuine development opportunities, this group has an impressive growth agenda and are targeting a successful exit in the future.
As the number one in finance, the CFO will have full responsibility for managing the finance function, implementing systems, processes, and controls, which can aid the company in driving them into their next phase. Working in partnership with the CEO, developing, delivering and evaluating the overall strategy for the business. Be a valued contributor to executive-level strategy through preparation of detailed and incisive performance analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will be ideally a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA), with experience as a CFO in a Private Equity backed technology business and worked in a complex international business. You’ll have a track record of managing working capital and creating “value add” finance functions. Exposure from the IT/Services sector would advantageous, but not essential.
