A media business are looking for an interim Group Reporting Manager The business has an excellent name within the UK and overseas and you would be working as part of an efficient, hard working team. This requires an ASAP start.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparation of statutory accounts
- Being the point of contact for the Big 4 audit firm- revolving issues
- Assist with year end consolidation
- Draft group accounts in compliance with IFRS
- M&A – provide financial insight for all M&A and transactional activity
- Ad hoc duties to support the finance team as required
Key requirements:
- CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA/ CA qualified
- Media experience ideal
- Advanced excel
- Modelling experience for valuations
- Demonstrate accounting principles in accordance with IFRS
- Ability to work to deadlines- highly organised individual
