Senior Management Accountant/ Finance Manager, Central London (Retail)
£45,000- £55,000pa Plus Great Retail Benefits- Inc Bonus, Discounts, Medical & Pension

Our client, a contemporary fashion brand are looking to add the capabilities of a talented & highly driven Senior Management Accountant to the team. This is a very broad role with a great mix of Management Accounting, Financial Accounting and management of the Accounts Payable Team.
This role will offer the successful candidate the chance to fine tune their skills and develop into a Finance Manager/ Controller within the business.
Key Duties Include:-
* Taking ownership for key areas of the month end process including payroll, direct costs and overheads, fixed assets, accruals & creditors.
* Support the wider team with the accurate and timely submissions of all financial reporting for both the UK entities and all international entities on a monthly and annual basis.
* Responsible for continuous process improvement and monitoring of key controls within the finance function.
* Review cash flow and support with covenant requirements quarterly.
* Work with the wider group to ensure all reporting requirements are met on a monthly and annual basis.
Team Management
* Manage two direct reports (Accounts Payable team)
* Promote team work and a collaborative environment within the finance team
* Manage the annual appraisal process for direct reports
