Accounts Assistant

SJC are currently working exclusively with a global retail business who are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to their head office.

Responsibilities for this role include:

* Ensure all invoices received are logged accurately
* Match invoices to GRNs and purchase orders using SMS
* Assist with month end close of payables, multiple bank reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliations
* Assist with the month end analysis and journal preparation
*Assist with the managing of credit card/ petty cash expenditure

Experience in a similar role is essential.
