As the result of a strategic expansion programme, a new high-profile opportunity has been created for a 2:1/1st class graduate ACA or CIMA Qualified accountant, to step into a Senior Finance Analyst role supporting long term planning, and strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Finance Director, a broad & varied brief includes:
•Delivering financial leadership & working with the senior management team to develop 5-year business plans
•Driving financial planning, analysis & commentary on monthly & annual performance & key business performance indicators
•Leading the analysis on M&A activity
•Preparation & presentation of sales, revenue plans & forecasting to key stakeholders globally
•Taking the financial lead on strategic initiatives to achieve key business goals
•Delivering key financials & competitor analysis for mergers & acquisitions projects
As a 2:1/1st class graduate ACA or CIMA qualified accountant, you will have trained either within a Top 10 firm or blue-chip Plc environment and demonstrate strong financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting experience alongside evidence of supporting strategic initiatives and/or mergers and acquisitions projects. The role demands exceptional commercial acumen, strong Excel skills and evidence of business partnering with key stakeholders.
