CER is proud to be working exclusively with this dynamic and professional Multi Academy Trust. Due to the success of their "business model" they are now seeking to appoint a Management Accountant to manage a small portfolio of primary schools in the East Midlands, at Trust level whilst working within a small friendly team.

Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer you will be responsible for the production of financial information across the Trust, preparation of school forecasts including five year strategic plans, preparation of statutory returns, payroll reconciliations and will support the financial process of new schools joining the trust.

Previous experience of management accounts, budgets and month end procedures are essential for this position, ideally from the Education though commercial experience will be considered. Key to this role is the ability to develop relationships with Head Teachers and School Business Managers across the Trust. The successful candidate will be A-Level Educated and is currently studying for or holds the full qualification of CIMA/ACA/ACCA. You will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, possessing an eye for detail and can meet strict deadlines effectively.
