Head of Finance

Chilworth Partnership are working exclusively with an international manufacturer based in Southampton in the search for a Head of Finance.

Managing a small team, the Head of Finance will take ownership of all accounting and reporting activities including budgeting and forecasting, preparation of statutory accounts, tax and regulatory compliance. You will also develop a continuous improvement culture and look to refine processes and systems.

The successful applicant will be a Qualified Accountant who has a breadth of experience across financial and management accounting. You will also have prior exposure to a manufacturing environment and have a natural affiliation for process/system improvement work.
