Financial Accounting Manager

Working on behalf of a growing national retailer which boasts a well respected and leading brand there is an opportunity to join their growing team in the role of Financial Accounting Manager based at their offices in Hayes, Middlesex.

Reporting to the FD the key purpose of the Financial Accounting Manager role is to oversee the monthly financial statement close in a timely and accurate manner and assist in the production and analysis of the management accounts and adding value. Key responsibilities include ensuring the integrity of financial accounting processes through the effective operation of financial controls, systems and procedures. Key tasks of the Financial Accounting Manager include overseeing the financial reporting process including reconciliation reviews; assisting with the development and implementation of financial controls; providing supporting schedules for external auditors and providing ad-hoc financial analyses to drive financial management. 

The ideal Financial Accounting Manager should be a qualified accountant with knowledge of latest accounting standards and in return you will receive a salary of between £45k-£50k + bonus + excellent other benefits including staff purchase programme.
