Description
- Fully engage with key stakeholders across Development and Sales, gaining in-depth knowledge of the business and provide comprehensive strategic and business support to the Development and Sales Division.
Coordinate the production of financial, performance and ad-hoc reports for the Group's internal approval boards and committees and to support the decision making process. This includes conducting a financial review of all schemes submitted to the Group's internal approval boards and committees.
- Develop professional relationships with Development and Sales Directors and Assistant Directors and other personnel, providing financial recommendations, business partnering support, scrutiny and training to enable them to undertake their budget holding responsibilities, make decisions based on sound financial principles and best practice and focus on enabling and driving change in the most effective manner.
- Co-ordinate the preparation of annual budgets with the relevant budget holders and to assist them in meeting their divisional and operational targets.
Profile
- Sector/specialist knowledge & experience: Experience in finance and accounting relating to RP, construction and private residential property development is essential, preferably including audit, management reporting and business partnering.
- Finance & commercial experience: Excellent numerical and analytical skills with solid commercial acumen.
Job Offer
