Your new role
* Provide monthly project finance reports/dashboards and lead monthly financial reviews
between Project Management and Finance.
* Improve project reports and assist in training project managers on use.
* Regular review and margin analysis for key projects with the support from Project
Management team, ensuring robust and defensible forecasts on the projects.
* Ensure all documentation and contracts relevant to projects are stored in finance area.
* Support to ensure Project Forecasts are kept up to date and can be used for IFRS
conversion.
* Analyse and report on Forex impact on projects.
* Update engineering and project manager contract forecast costs in line with project
manager's latest view.
* Update contract manufacturing forecast costs, where appropriate, using SAP costing
programs or current forecasts from project managers.
* Check and approve ATOs (Amendments to Order) for projects.
