Our client, leaders in their field, are currently looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to support their sales and marketing team. The role will support the teams to understand their current financial plan, budget and forecasts and drive sales performance through support to the Sales Director and Managers.
The role will be responsible for:
- Finance Business Partner the Sales Directors to develop and deliver the sales strategy across the business area particularly providing analysis of key spend and guiding the most efficient use of resources
- Providing strong financial and business analytics to drive decision making and enable improved sales performance
- Managing the quarterly business reviews, forecast and pipeline reporting
- Ensure the preparation of the sales teams commission payments
- Enable the EMEA region sales teams to move to regional processes ensuring these are efficient and effective.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Finance Business Partner ideally having directly supported a Sales team in previous positions. The ability to communicate at all levels and influence senior management teams are essential for the role.
