Rapidly growing Accountancy firm are seeking an Audit Semi Senior to join their Corporate Audit team

A new opportunity has arisen to work for an independent firm based in West London. They provide accountancy services and advice to a range of different clients from corporate businesses to not for profits as well as private clients. As a medium-sized firm, they combine the technical expertise expected of a larger firm alongside the personal skills required to build successful client relationships. They invest in professional and technical resources and plan work around their clients. Due to growth within the London Audit team, there is an opportunity for a semi senior auditor to join the busy team.


Your new role
You will be joining the firm as an Audit Semi Senior within the Corporate audit team, who provide audit and corporate finance services to a wide range of clients. The role may also involve internal audit services as well as external. In addition to the usual responsibilities, you will allocate work to junior members of the audit team and provide on the job training, review their work and provide feedback. You will advise the manager of any developments that may lead to a change in strategy and suggest logical solutions to problems. Finally, you will ensure that the work undertaken on site is in accordance with the approved plan and budget.



What you'll need to succeed

• You will be studying towards your accounting qualification (ACA or ACCA)
• Auditing experience is required.
• You should have experience of performing statutory audits and half year review engagements in compliance with UK Auditing Standards.
