The role of the Global Workstream Lead R2R is pivotal to the success of the finance transformation programme. The skills required are those considered to be of a professional, dynamic, driven and pragmatic nature. The core deliverables of this role are:-

1)Detailed Design - Responsibility for the R2R Global Template elements, GPDD's (Global Process design documentation) and the RACM (Risks and Controls Matrix)
2)Reporting Definition - ownership of the Global Reporting definitions and custodian of the global reporting requirements
3)Gap Analysis - working with the business stakeholders utilising the Global Template documentation to understand and detail the process needs of the relevant site. This is not a process of detailing all of the As-Is processes but, understanding where there may be gaps. The workstream lead will be responsible for ensuring that any exceptions are fully understood, documented and have been appropriately challenged in line with the Global Template to drive through the delivery and business readiness.
4)Championing / Change Agent for the Global Template - becoming the support and champion for the businesses to assist them in the understanding of the To-Be Global ways of working and support them through their change journey and deployment.
5)Design, User Acceptance Testing, Cutover, Go Live and post implementation support - ensuring that the business users are confident in the use of the NetSuite solution and the way that the solution operates to gain the required business benefits.
6)Workstream Reporting - timely, accurate, informative, honest and transparent weekly status reporting to feed into the overall Programme Weekly Status Report. It is essential to understand the stakeholders for the report and use language appropriate to the audience.
7)Programme Reporting Logs - responsible for timely and accurate workstream updates to key programme reporting logs e. Risks and Issues, Decision Logs, CEMLI, Lessons Learned, Defect Tracking.
8)Stakeholder Management - build collaborative, collegiate relationships across the business and within the Programme Team.
9)Governance - ensure governance procedures are adhered to for proposed localisations; assess any changes required and present proposals to the Solution Design Group for approval or rejection.

The successful candidate will have been involved in a number of finance transformation programmes working around R2R. You will have the following:
*Professional individual with multiple years of experience in a commercial environment
*Ability to demonstrate strong collegiate relationships at all stakeholder levels
*Change Management experience
*Transformation experience and strong R2R knowledge
*SaaS solutions implementation experience
*Previous experience of working on Finance Transformation Programmes (potentially in another capacity)
*Experience of migrating from diverse systems and processes to a Best Practise, standardised Global solution
