FP & A Manager

Elevation Accountancy and Finance are currently engaged with an iconic brand in Bradford, who are looking to add an FP & A Manager to their team. This an extremely important head to their International commercial division.

Working closely with the CFO and the senior management team the successful FP & A Manager will guide the operational, financial and strategic decision making process of the International businesses. This is a high profile and really requires an individual with excellent analytical skills, strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop relationships at all levels, acting as a pivotal lynch pin in all finical decisions across all International business areas.

Day to day your responsibilities will be business dependant and you will be the flagship finance link between the International operations and the finance team, but as a standard your duties will include:

-Business partner with CEO, CFO and finance teams across the International divisions
-Run the international budgeting and forecasting processes, coordinating the timetable and setting planning guidelines and expectations
-Penetrate business results to establish trends to allow development of forward-looking action plans
-Manage the relationship with the global Financial teams
-Working with international subsidiaries, provide insight into monthly financial performance for senior management with recommendations on how to improve performance
-Develop the performance culture within the total international organisation, ensure KPIs are set, understood and become part of everything we do
-Ensure the needs of stakeholders are met
-Own the strategic planning process for the business from the timetable, to expectation setting all the way through to the CEO presentation
-Supporting none finance operational teams - coaching on financial matters and best practice
-Any other finance support as and when required

Your profile:

-You will be a Qualified Accountant - (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)
-You will have experience in a commercial business partnering role
-Thinks strategically, maintaining a commercial sense in all aspects of work
-As a must, you will have experience dealing with none financial business heads
-Experience of Financial Analysis/ Modelling - Ideally in a FP & A or Finance Business Partner role
-You will have experience in a consumer goods business, ideally a FMCG/ Manufacturing environment
-Excellent Excel skills are required for this role
