Reed Accountancy is recruiting for a Tax Manager for a fantastic friendly Chartered Accountants Firm in Coventry.
The Partners seek to appoint a Personal Tax Manager who will oversee the personal tax department. Responsibilities include:
* Managing the personal tax department of the practice
* Full responsibility for the production of tax returns and computations
* Capital gains tax, including relief
* Succession and IHT advice
* Trust tax
* P11ds and benefits in kind
* To be part of the senior team and involved in the running of the practice
* To develop client relationships
* Focus on mid-corporates and Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs), including larger complex groups
* Carry out ad hoc tax assignments
The ideal Tax Manager will have exceptional knowledge of income tax and working knowledge of other UK taxes, such as PAYE/NIC, IHT and share scheme taxation.
You will ATT, CTA, ACCA or ACA qualified, or equivalent qualification, highly experienced background within taxation, with an ideal, personal tax career, gained within any sized accountancy firm environment, or specialist tax.
