The Role
A nationally renowned and growing organisation based in Manchester are looking to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant to join their friendly finance team paying up to £28,000 including an attractive benefits package.

Responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to:
- Preparing monthly accounts up to trial balance
- Accruals, prepayments and journal posting
- Monthly and quarterly reporting
- Presenting financial information to non-finance individuals
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Ad-hoc project and analysis work
The Company
The successful Assistant Management Accountant will be working from their office situated in Manchester.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will come from transactional background and have been involved in month-end procedures such as journal posting, accruals or prepayments. Previous experience involving budgeting, reporting or P&L is highly desirable.
Candidates should be AAT qualified and be in the early stages of ACCA, CIMA or equivalent. Candidates must have intermediate Excel skills i. Pivot Tables, Sum-Ifs and V-Look Ups. It is essential that candidates have the desire to work in a fast paced environment, have impeccable time management and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is paying up to £28,000 including an attractive benefits package.
