Axon Moore are retained to recruit a Head of International Finance for a high-profile, Manchester based services business on track for an IPO. The high-profile role will lead the fastest growing division of the business (20% of group revenues) as they embark on an ambitious international buy and build strategy.
The Head of International Finance will be a technically sound ACA qualified accountant on an upward trajectory in their career with considerable experience of operating in line with IFRS in an international business. The role will be focused around post-acquisition integration and harmonisation on to the group platform with considerable opportunity to introduce best practice across the business.
In addition to the controllership and change responsibilities, the Head of International Finance will be pivotal in building relationships across multiple geographies and partnering regional finance teams in the production of high quality accounts and management information. This will become critical as the group acquire multiple internationally based competitors of varying size and complexity.
The role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure in a fast-growing business and the chance to be involved with an IPO as a financial lead of a major division.
