Finance Manager - Operations. Thame.

Robert Walters is recruiting for a reputable and widely recognised business in Thame. Having embarked a journey of driving improvements and following a restructure we are working with them to recruit a Finance Manager - Operations.

As you would expect from a changing business there are procedures, processes and best practices to tidy up. New systems have been implemented, but they aren't being used to full potential. You will inherit a broad team covering the entirety of transactional finance, you will have three supervisors reporting into you and your job will be to lead from the front, ensuring seamless transaction processing. With the support of the Director of Finance, you will be given the opportunity to reinvent how finance works with the business, drive enhancements and really make this role your own.

What's required?

The Finance Manager - Opertions will ideally hold a chartered accountancy qualification. Specific industry experience isn't necessary, this is more about how you manage people and drive change. You will need evidence of how you have improved and fixed processes, demonstrating end to end process reviews. Outside of your technical ability, you must be a confident leader, having managed sizeable teams collaborating different personalities and achieving a great work ethic. This role is best suited to those who have worked in a multisite environment.
