Group Reporting Manager

A listed global firm is looking to recruit a Group Financial Reporting Manager for their London Headquarters. The company is rapidly growing and is looking to expand its huge empire throughout 2018 and this is an exciting time to join and develop your career in line with the company’s growth plans.   

Working in a team of 7 and reporting to the Chief Accounting Office, you will take responsibility for supporting management on all matters concerning the accounting and financial reporting for the company. The business has a number of projects going and this will be an opportunity to get involved in a variety of work.

• Responsible for managing four Accountants.
• Responsibility for the accounting for group holding companies and subsidiaries.
• Production of group interim and annual statutory accounts
• Management of the group consolidation process.
• Preparation of quarterly management report and providing commentaries to management.
• Provision of additional explanations and analysis as required.
• Researching technical accounting issues and preparation of accounting memos for non-routine commercial transactions.
• Assistance in projects as required.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA) from a top tier firm. Previous experience reporting under US GAAP is beneficial but not essential.
