I am currently working with a high-profile private equity backed retail business that are seeking their next Interim CFO. The company is going through a distressed period and the brand has lost its sense of identity.
The focus of the role will be centred around the day to day operational running of the business where you will be tasked with developing a turnaround plan, tracking the KPIs, managing the stock and driving the business on a commercial level.
The private equity investors are looking for somebody who has a good track record working within the retail space. Ideally, someone detail-orientated, operational, hands on with a pragmatic approach who has previously worked in a distressed situation or involved in the turnaround of a business.
