An exciting opportunity has arisen with an ambitions venture capital fund who are looking for private equity fund accountant on a contract basis.
A temporary opportunity has arisen for a private equity fund accountant with a fast growing VC business who focus on high growth emerging technology. The role will suit an experienced private equity fund accountant who is looking to work in an entrepreneurial environment. The work will entail:
- Monthly accounting for the fund entities
- Preparation drawdowns and distributions and monitoring fund cash flows
- Preparation of management fee calculations
- Review valuation reports
- Quarterly investor reporting (capital account statements, portfolio summary, cash flows etc)
- Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure timely completion of financial statements and tax returns
To be considered for this role you must adhere to these minimum requirements:
- Be a qualified accountant (ACA or similar)
- Have 3+ years' experience in private equity fund accounting
- Available to start within 2 weeks
- Articulate and well presented
Day rate: £350-400pd ltd company
Duration 4-6 months
