Financial Controller

Supply chain, manufacturing and logistics are at the heart of this business and this role sits at the core. You will support a highly respected Supply Chain Director, providing insightful analysis, performance measurement but critically through challenge and influence.

I am seeking a Supply Chain Financial Controller for an FMCG business based in the Thames Valley. You will lead a high performing team of 4 based across the sites.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Forge strong and effective relationships with the senior leadership team.
• Identify areas of opportunity or risk, develop a deep understanding of the operation to bring objective views to the table.
• Challenge and influence the team to improve performance.
• Team development and mentoring.

I am seeking a qualified accountant with an FMCG background that has extensive site based experience. It is key that you have great commercial savvy with a natural ability to lead and influence.
