Vitae are proud to be working exclusively with a truly outstanding global business to help source an ambitious Junior Pricing Analyst to join their dynamic team. This is a business who have demonstrated impressive year on year growth and are now one of the market leaders in their chosen field.

The primary function of this role will be to prepare budgets and commercial proposals for service contracts and will involve daily interaction with the internal finance team as well as various external stakeholders. The role will report into the Pricing Manager and would suit a candidate with plans to enter into a commercially focused, highly analytical role where you can make a genuine impact.

Key Responsibilities:
-Analyse market dynamics, pricing trends, donor requirements and ensure that current tools and procedures for pricing of service contracts are responsive to Client and business needs;
-Devise pricing strategies and prepare budgets for service contracts, ensuring that operating and sales margins support company business targets, deliver competitive pricing and offer appropriate value for money to Clients;
-Prepare financial methodology section of commercial proposals in accordance to selected technical approach, and assist technical teams at defining and quantifying value for money propositions in serving offerings;
-Independently develop, maintain and optimise tools and models for preparation of budgets and commercial proposals;
-Assist proposal team at engaging and negotiating with partners, with final Partnership Agreements being reviewed by Proposal Director and/or Commercial Director;
-Support Project Finance and Project Management teams when a project is won by leading handover process, and by providing short-term start-up assistance and ongoing advisory support on project budgets, forecasting, and fiduciary risk management;

The ideal candidate would be a recent graduate with excellent academics and at least 1-2 years' experience in a finance related role. Full-training will be provided however potential candidates must show an inquisitive, professional approach to work and be comfortable communicating with stakeholders at various levels within the business.

This is a global business so there will be daily interaction with teams based in Europe, Africa and America - excellent communication skills both written and verbal will therefore be essential. (French or Spanish speakers would be at an advantage).
