Client
A well respected housebuilder who is looking to recruit an interim Financial Controller, on a 6 month contract, to support the finance team and provide support to the Finance Director and Managing Director.
Role
- Management and review of the monthly management accounts and associated reconciliations
- Produce Statutory Accounts
- Calculate IFRS deferred land adjustments and forecasts
- Weekly Funding and Cash flow management and reporting
- Liaising with all departments, challenging assumptions and collating data for forecasting.
- Lead & motivate the finance team
Person
You will be a fully qualified accountant with the capability of working with people at all levels.
Offer
£350 per day and the opportunity for the role to go permanent if so required.
