Financial Controller

The One Group have an exciting opportunity for a finance professional to join a global business within the energy sector based out of Milton Keynes.

The Financial Controller role will be a heavily relied upon role for production of all UK financial information, including but not limited to; Audit management, financial statements, monthly management accounts pack and cash forecast. You will also be responsible all UK tax management including corporation tax and tax computations to the HMRC. You will review revenue invoices , royalty statements, payment runs when required. You'll also have management of one direct report.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent) and have done a similar role in the past. You will have a good understanding of all processes that are required for technical accounting role and have the ability to manage a diverse workload to work independently to meet wider group deadlines.
