This successful brokerage business is about to secure PE investment that will facilitate an aggressive  ‘buy-and-build’ strategy and its EBITDA will grow substantially from c£4m to c£20m. This will facilitate a business exit within 3 years.

A CFO is required to join the main board and the required background and attributes are:

• Possess a formal qualification (ACA,ACCA,ACMA).
• Experience of working within a leveraged owner-managed or PE backed concern at main board level.
• No specific sector experience is required but understanding a contract-led, B2B model would be advantageous.
• Experience of M&A, especially of purchasing SME’s.
• A track record of developing management information systems in expansive operations to accommodate the integration of acquired businesses.
• You will be highly commercial, energetic and possess the necessary pragmatism to thrive within a leveraged business with demanding stakeholders.
