Your new job as finance change analyst will be based at a Global organisation close to Weybridge, Surrey in modern offices where you will be a key part of the transformation and change finance team.

Your new role
Reporting into a senior manager and sitting with the EMEA finance department, you will be part of an analytical change team who focus on supporting the EMEA region with standardising, improving and reporting on new and existing processes and procedures to ensure company targets/objectives are reached. This will involve the development and roll out of new and existing processes, analysing and reporting through Excel providing high quality insights, supporting change programmes from planning through to execution and business partnering / reporting to the senior management team. This is a highly visible and change driven role in a fast paced environment.

What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your finance background, strong change / transformation experience and high level of knowledge in Excel (intermediate to advanced), you should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and be confident engaging at all levels of an organisation particularly in relaying complex information and reports to executives and VPs. This role has a strong mix of analysis and business partnering with plenty of progression.
