Finance Manager / Senior Business Partner

UK wide professional services organisation based in Leeds currently require an experienced CIMA/ACCA/ACA Finance Manager/Senior Finance Business Partner to join their accounts team at a very exciting time for the business.

This newly created role will see you liaise with senior managers/directors across the whole organisation in a truly hands on business partnering role. You will report directly to the Group Financial Controller and be expected to play a key role in the overall finance operation of the business. Whilst you will not prepare the financial accounts/management accounts personally you will overview the final production to evaluate assess and recommend changes to ensure the company remains within its ambitious growth targets. You will liaise with senior stake holders at senior management meetings and present current positions and predicted trends through commercial financial reporting so it is essential you be able to demonstrate strong IT and excel skills. As your role and responsibility increases you will take a lead role in driving change on budgets, systems and other business critical decisions. You will also have the opportunity to grow a team underneath you in line with your assessment of the finance function as the organisation expands.

Ideally you will be CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified with previous experience within a Finance Manager/Senior Finance Business Partner position. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills both through presentation and IT and have a desire to add extra commercial value outside the stereotypical numbers commentary for month end.
