Financial Controller

Dynamic International Marketing Group seeks a Financial Controller.

The purpose of the role will be to have responsibility for timely reporting to Group and working with the Commercial Controller to improve forecasting and improve divisional returns.

What you will be doing

• Responsible for the accurate and timely financial reporting and ensuring compliance with the GAAP, IFRS, and tax norms across an international division.
• Responsibility for signing off the Balance Sheet and ensuring all liabilities and risks are covered
• Responsible for Divisional Reporting
• Management of Financial Budgets & Forecasts for the division
• Responsible for the Capex Management for the division
• Cash Flow and working capital Management
• Ensure Client Contract Financial Adherence & Control
• Validation of commercial models
• Responsible for the control of division’s liabilities and financial risks
• Ensure Cost Control across the division
• Country Stat Accounts & Tax Submissions with Group Finance team
• FX management
• Group Reporting, Commentary & Actions
• Liaise with in country accountants for statutory reporting.
• The management and control of International Country Specific Insurances
• Ensure International Country Specific Payroll Control
• Order to Cash Management
• VAT Control

• Qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA
• Legal contracts understanding and interpretation
