Responsibilities:
- Leading month/quarter end reporting
- Consolidation and review of both monthly and quarterly management income statement, balance sheet and rollforwards to ensure delivery of on time and to standard reporting
- Responsible for the reporting of International Holding Companies under USGAAP and working with Tax and Legal on changes to the Holding Companies resulting from Group re-structures
- Guiding and influencing Business Units through the monthly and quarterly reporting processes
- Resolving queries from the External Financial Reporting team and Accounting team in the US
Requirements:
- Professional accountancy qualification (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) with 5+ years PQE
- Experience of multinational and multicurrency consolidations, understanding of consolidations
- US GAAP / SEC reporting experience, ideally in the media sector
- A confident communicator with good inter-personal skills and comfortable at dealing with people at all levels in the organization
