I am looking for a CFO to join a private equity-backed SaaS business in Derby. They are looking for someone to come in and develop the finance function and get the business ready for exit in the next 2 to 3 years.
You will be working very closely with the CEO and the private equity investors to drive the business through ambitious growth and go through exit. You will need to bring the commercial and strategic elements to the business being a true business partner.
You will be able to lead an exit process so good communication skills, presentable and a good commercial mind set.
To apply for this role, you will need:
- Software/SaaS/technology or recurring revenue model business.
- You will have previously gone through a sale/exit process.
- You will be either ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified or equivalent.
- Experience in private equity/leverage will be essential.
