Key accountabilities will include coordinating a wide variety of financial information and producing commercial summary material
partnering with key stakeholders across the business and participating in a number of commercially driven activities and projects
Improving and standardising reporting, performance management and planning processes.
Building robust financial models, interrogating and refining existing processes in order to deliver commercial decisions
Supporting the delivery of the annual plan, implementing new financial management KPIs and budgets, harnessing management information so as to deliver high quality reports and forecasts
Working closely with wider finance teams to identify opportunities for improvement and lead the subsequent implementation of the necessary changes.
Robust delivery of annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, longer-term strategic planning
Utilising data to understand and surface business drivers, levers to manage financial performance, and emerging risks and opportunities.
The successful applicant will be a commercially astute, part qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with previous business partnering experience within a fast moving matrix environment.
Applicants must be comfortable working within a changing environment and be prepared to meet commercial challenges head on. The ability to influence decision makers is key and previous process improvement experience would be advantageous.
