If you are a fully qualified finance leader seeking an opportunity that will develop you leadership qualities this will be a position of interest. My client plays a key role in the provision of social housing in the area and they are currently looking to appoint to what is a significant management role within the organisation.

As the Financial Reporting Manager you will be responsible for providing technical financial support within the finance team, working closely with the Head of Finance in leading on management reporting, budgetary control, cashflow management and preparation of the year end financial statements for all Group entities.

Responsibilities will include:
- Co-ordinate the preparation of management accounts for all subsidiaries within the group
- Quarterly reporting of financial performance
- Prepare the quarterly Finance and Risk regulatory
- Assist with the financial appraisal of new projects or initiatives
- Manage intercompany control accounts for Development Companies including the monthly reconciliation of all transactions
- Produce and present accurate and timely short term, rolling and quarterly cashflow forecasts
- Co-ordinate the preparation of annual capital and revenue budgets
- Lead on the preparation of year end financial statements for all members of the Group.
- Preparation of quarterly VAT returns
- Prepare regular Development management accounts reports.


You will be a fully qualified Accountant, ACA, ACCA or CIMA with relevant experience gained within a social housing organisation of medium sized company. You will also have previous staff management and leadership qualities as you will have responsibility of motivating and developing and team of four.
