Commercial Accountant

An exciting opportunity to join a multinational FMCG business based in Middlesex.

This is a great opening for either a newly qualified accountant or someone with 0-2 years PQE to step into a highly commercial role within a market leading business.

To successfully deliver in this wide ranging role you will need to:

• Be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA) with 0-2 years PQE. QBE candidates may be accepted with suitable sector background
• Be prepared to take the lead on being the key finance contact for specific areas of the business
• Have a strong technical background, be commercially astute and have an eye for detail
• Be a team player who is receptive to ideas, able to work with senior stakeholders

A little more information on the role:

• You will support the delivery of business objectives through the analysis and interpretation of key commercial management information.
• Provide sales and profitability reporting and analysis; ensuring maximum ROI
• Develop business plans and evaluations to support tenders, new business wins and CAPEX business case development
• Complete financial plans in conjunction with the business teams; evaluating opportunities and risks within the forecast, budget and longer term plans

There is basic salary of up to £60k on offer for the successful candidate.
