This role requires you to support the operations and commercial site team in a business partnering capacity.
Based at the plant, this role will involve rolling your sleeves up and thinking outside the box to propose cost saving, and business enhancing strategies.
Client Details:
Our client is a FMCG food processing.
Your key responsibilities will involve:
Reviewing budgets and producing analysis
Material variances and labour efficiency tracking
Product Costing
Partner with manufacturing and supply chain teams
Performance KPIs, stock counts, shopfloor investigations
Provided business cases and development costings.
Process improvement across the entire site
Manage a team of 3
Your profile:
The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years Site Accounting experience, within the food processsing, manufacturing or FMCG industry. You will have strong skills using SAP and confident in using Microsoft Excel. You will have proven business partnering skills, with the ability to communicate with non-financial parties within the business.
