Axon Moore are representing one of the UK's leading health care businesses, who are looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join a busy and fast paced finance function.
This role would offer the opportunity to work with finance and non-finance teams within it's organisation, working specifically on optimising revenue through commercial analysis, business support and pricing decisions.
The key responsibilities as one of the key Commercial Finance Analyst's for the business will include (but are not limited to):
Determine fee rates and propose potential discounts on purchases, funding arrangements and individual opportunities case by case.
Support your manager in identifying commercial opportunities, mitigating trading threats and updating immediate commercial plans based on current trading performance.
Work closely with the wider sales team around bids and tenders and evaluate their sales performance.
Understand the drivers of current performance and collaborate with various teams to produce insight. Support the production of commercially viable business cases to deliver the strategic initiatives.
Support finance projects as required including operational efficiencies.
This opportunity would suit an individual who:
Has proven experience of working with finance and non-finance teams/the wider organisation/in a commercial role previously.
Has worked in an Analyst role or a heavily excel based role in a finance function.
Has good business awareness with the ability to make decisions whilst cognitive of the wider business.
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
