Interim Accountant

Interim Accountant required for SME publishing business based in Central London

Your new company
My client is an SME publishing business who are currently going through an exciting period of growth.

Your new role
Reporting directly into the CEO you will have responsibility for all financial and VAT reporting for the business. Monthly management accounts, yearly statutory reporting, budgeting and forecasting as well as the hands on aspects - AP, AR, payroll. You will be working the CEO on any other ad hoc commercial analysis also.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant with hands on accounts preparation experience, either in a mid-tier practice or industry trained. Publishing experience is advantageous but not essential. You will be a self-starter, bright and ambitious, happy to get involved in all aspects of the business.

What you'll get in return
You will be on an initial 3 month contract, however there is potential for this role to turn permanent. You will be on a daily rate of £275 - £325/day dependent on experience. This is an exciting opportunity where you will have great exposure to the business.
