Finance Business Partner

Your new company
A leading law firm is looking to hire a finance business partner to join the London finance function. This is a highly reputable firm which is growing rapidly, presenting an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant to join a successful finance team.

Your new role
The key responsibility within the role will be partnering with the practice groups, providing the firms partners with financial expertise and influencing strategy. You will be providing high level financial analysis to assist the practice groups decision making and delivering this data to senior stakeholders. You will also be working to produce budgets and forecasts with some ad hoc support to the commercial finance team. This role is focused on partner interaction and the influence you will have on the firms strategy and decisions, therefore you will need to be experienced in dealing with partners in a legal or LLP environment.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with previous experience in the legal sector preferred. You will need to be an experienced business partner, capable of getting buy in from senior stakeholders and influencing decision making. You must have a background in the legal sector or in a partner led environment. You will need to be an exceptional communicator with a personal gravitas that allows you to build strong working relationships.
